ORDERS

  • WHEN ARE ORDERS ARE BEING FULFILLED AND PAYMENTS PROCESSED?

    For all orders placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time, we strive to ship the same day. However, at times we cannot guarantee same day shipment due to, among other things, national holidays which may affect the United States Postal Service delivery schedule. As such, we reserve the right to ship those orders within no later than 2 business days from the date the order is placed.

    Once you place an order:

    Vintagerareusa.com will send an authorization approval request to your credit card / financial institution / Merchant process (PayPal, e.g.). That means that we will verify with your bank that funds are available and funds will be placed on hold until shipping but no funds will be transferred yet.

    Once we ship product:

    Your credit card will be charged (and money will then be transferred) when purchased item(s) is (are) shipped out and a tracking number is provided.

  • ARE ORDERS BEING FILLED AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19?

    We are processing and fulfilling orders from our warehouse but may be experiencing delays as increased regulations have reduced hours of operation. Please contact customer service with any concerns at sales@vintagerareusa.com.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You may check the status of your order by visiting the Account link and logging in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, you may email sales@vintagerareusa.com for assistance.

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We are unable to change any orders after they have already been placed.

  • WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

    Sales tax currently applies to orders from the states of Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

    Vintagerareusa.com currently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. See below for details on Afterpay at checkout.

  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

    Currently, we ship worldwide with the exception of Australia and New Zealand.

  • HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

    Domestic Orders

    All domestic orders are shipping via USPS Priority mail, shipping cost varies between $7 to $45 average.

    International Shipping

    International orders are ship via USPS priority, DHL or UPS, the shipping rate will be calculated into your final order upon Checkout. Applicable duties, taxes, tariffs and value-added taxes (VAT) will be assessed to the customer on delivery.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

    You will receive a shipment notification email including a tracking number as it is shipped. If you are having trouble tracking your order, you may email sales@vintagerareusa.com for assistance.

  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

    Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 5 business days of when the order was placed.

  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    Your order's arrival date is dependent upon the shipping method and location.
    Our warehouse is located in California and therefore Standard Shipping timelines vary.

    Standard Shipping: Up to 10 business days
    UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
    UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
