ORDERS
For all orders placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time, we strive to ship the same day. However, at times we cannot guarantee same day shipment due to, among other things, national holidays which may affect the United States Postal Service delivery schedule. As such, we reserve the right to ship those orders within no later than 2 business days from the date the order is placed.
Once you place an order:
Vintagerareusa.com will send an authorization approval request to your credit card / financial institution / Merchant process (PayPal, e.g.). That means that we will verify with your bank that funds are available and funds will be placed on hold until shipping but no funds will be transferred yet.
Once we ship product:
Your credit card will be charged (and money will then be transferred) when purchased item(s) is (are) shipped out and a tracking number is provided.
Vintage clothing sizing often differs from modern sizing due to changes in manufacturing standards over the years. That’s why every item at Vintage Rare USA includes detailed measurements in the product description.
For the best fit, we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar item you already own rather than relying on the size printed on the tag.
Please refer to our Sizing guide here
If you have any questions about sizing or fit, our team is happy to help before you place your order.

Every item at Vintage Rare USA is carefully inspected before being listed for sale to ensure it meets our standards for authentic vintage clothing. We evaluate key details such as tags, stitching, fabric, construction methods, printing techniques, and era-specific characteristics to help verify authenticity.
We specialize exclusively in authentic vintage apparel from brands such as Nike, Harley-Davidson, NASCAR, Disney, Champion, and other well-known vintage labels.
Each product listing also includes detailed photos, accurate measurements, and condition notes so you can clearly understand exactly what you are purchasing.
For more detailed information about our verification process and standards, please refer to our Vintage Authenticity Guarantee page.
Every vintage item at Vintage Rare USA is individually inspected and carefully graded by our team before it is listed for sale. Since vintage clothing has been previously worn, natural signs of age and wear are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.
We use a consistent grading system that includes Excellent, Very Good, Good, and NOS (New Old Stock) to help you understand the overall condition of every garment. Any notable flaws—such as stains, fading, repairs, holes, or other imperfections—are clearly described and photographed whenever applicable, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
For a detailed explanation of each condition grade, please visit our Condition Guide, which explains our grading standards and what each rating means
Yes. Most items at Vintage Rare USA are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Because authentic vintage clothing is no longer in production, we typically only have one of each item available in stock.
Once an item is sold, it is usually gone forever and cannot be restocked. This is what makes vintage clothing unique, collectible, and highly sought after.
We continuously source new vintage pieces every week through our Friday 6:00 PM Pacific Time drops, but exact items are never duplicated. This means every visit to our store offers new and different finds.
If you see something you like, we recommend purchasing it before it’s gone.
We release new vintage inventory every Friday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time through carefully curated drops featuring authentic one-of-a-kind vintage clothing. Our weekly releases include vintage T-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, jerseys, denim, workwear, sportswear, and other rare finds from sought-after brands and pop culture collections.
Because most of our vintage pieces are one of a kind, once an item sells, it's usually gone for good. We recommend checking back every Friday at 6:00 PM PT or subscribing to our newsletter so you never miss our latest drop.
Yes. Every vintage garment at Vintage Rare USA is carefully inspected and sanitized using hot steam before shipping. In addition, a high percentage of our inventory is machine washed prior to listing, whenever the fabric and garment condition allow.
Because every vintage item is unique, the appropriate cleaning method depends on its age, fabric, graphics, and overall condition. Some delicate or collectible pieces are best preserved with specialized care rather than machine washing.
While every item is prepared with care before it reaches you, we recommend washing or dry cleaning your purchase according to your personal preference before wearing.
We do not recommend relying on tag size when purchasing vintage clothing. Vintage sizing often differs significantly from modern sizing due to changes in manufacturing standards over the years.
For example, an item tagged as a Large may fit more like a Medium, or sometimes even smaller, depending on the era, brand, and garment type.
For the most accurate fit, always refer to the exact measurements provided in each product listing and compare them to a similar item you already own. Measurements are the most reliable way to ensure a proper fit when buying vintage clothing.
When applicable, we may also include a recommended modern fit estimate (such as “fits like Medium”) to help guide your decision, but this should be used as a reference only.
If you have any questions about sizing, our team is happy to help before you place your order.
Authentic vintage clothing is no longer manufactured, making many pieces rare and collectible. Prices reflect factors such as age, rarity, condition, brand, graphics, demand, and historical significance.
To help preserve your vintage garments, we recommend washing them gently in cold water or following any care instructions provided. Air drying is often the best option for protecting older fabrics, graphics, and stitching.
Vintage Rare USA offers authentic vintage clothing from many sought-after brands and themes, including Nike, Adidas, Harley-Davidson, NASCAR, Disney, Looney Tunes, Ralph Lauren, Champion, Levi's, Carhartt, college sports, professional sports, racing, music, movies, and more.
Because vintage sizing varies by era and manufacturer, measurements provide the most accurate way to determine fit. Comparing our measurements with a similar item you already own helps ensure the best possible fit.
Most items are one of a kind and cannot be restocked. However, we continually source new authentic vintage clothing, so similar styles may become available in future collections.
