RETURN INFORMATION

View Return & Refund Policy
All sales are deemed final and no refunds are allowed. However, Vintage Rare will provide online store credit on the following terms and conditions:

1. All returns or exchanges must be received by us within fifteen (15) days from the original order date at our warehouse address identified below in paragraph 7.

2. The Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping.

3. All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

4. In order for us to process a return or exchange, the Customer shall email us to request an RA number. The Customer shall reference the RA number on the return shipment in a clear fashion, as follows:

5. Vintage Rare reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not clearly reference the RA number.

6. Store credit is only valid for one (1) year from the original order date. If the Customer fails to use the store credit within this time frame, Vintage Rare reserves the right to reject any request after that date.

7. All returns shall be mailed to:

Although, there are some exceptions when we do:

- If there was a mistake in the item description (measurements were wrong, etc.).
- If you received the wrong item.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN

1. Select the items you'd like to return.

2. Take your return items to the local post office.

3. Send it back to us.
